July 2023 marked the first big event that Twilight Ribbons has ever participated in - Metrocon. Based in Florida, the purpose of Twilight Ribbons is to quickly bring high quality alternative fashion that is popular in Japan to the United States to ALL people. Before it used to take years, but now with our international efforts you can get new trends in less than a few months. New trends are emerging world wide and Twilight Ribbons wants to give people  an opportunity to join those growing fashion trends while establishing a sense of community just how it used to be in the early 2000s. Just this time NO ONE is Excluded.
